The layout is clear and understandable. The 8 tone bells have an optimal contrast for visually impaired users.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The operating principle is very simple. A number of external switches are going to replace certain keystrokes on the computer keyboard.<br \/>\nYou can also try the program without external switches. You then use the keystrokes 1 2 3 and 0 on your computer keyboard.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"en\">To connect switches to the computer, a USB computer (switch) interface is required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Below left a picture of the Xbox Adaptive (Game) Controller ( Microsoft \u20ac 90,00 ).<span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"en\"> Right the computer switch interface from ATEC ($ 69,95 at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atengineering.us\">www.atengineering.us<\/a>)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-703 alignnone\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/8b1ec6b4-dda3-440f-9b3f-c478c44e44fc-1024x347.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"623\" height=\"208\" \/><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #222222;\">* <span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"en\">The music software was developed especially for our foundation by Tobias Kozlowski and Ruud van der Wel.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n<h2>There are various types of switches<\/h2>\n<p>These switches ensure that people with severely reduced mobility can operate their computer, electrical wheel-chair or other devices. We\u2019re using these same switches to make music<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Making music with switches is easily accessible. No matter how severe the disability, there\u2019s always a switch just right for just that one participant.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-132\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schakelaars1.jpg\" alt=\"schakelaars1\" width=\"600\" height=\"118\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mybreathmymusic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schakelaars1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/mybreathmymusic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/schakelaars1-300x59.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Musical improvisation with switches.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Improvisation is the ability to create your own unique music, here and now, without having to think too much. It\u2019s a wonderful way to express yourself. Children can start improvising at a very young age. It\u2019s good for their mental development. Someone who is able to improvise musically can often improvise in daily life too.<\/p>\n<p>You can connect up to four switches. However, this is not a rule. You need a virtual connection cable and a music program.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\">In this example I use <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nerds.de\/en\/loopbe1.html\">LoopBe1 (gratis)<\/a> and the free\u00a0 KONTAKT PLAYER from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.native-instruments.com\">Native instruments.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-706 size-full alignleft\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/midicable.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"286\" height=\"221\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"en\">After installation, LoopBe appears in the selection menu OUT.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Besides Kontakt Player you also need to download the free sounds library on the website of Native Instruments.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"en\">A sampler is a musical instrument that generates sounds by digitally playing sound fragments. The sounds sound lifelike! Nice sound gives beautiful music.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"en\">In the sample player you will find the MIDI tab under options. Select LoopBe and refer to port A.
